## How it works

1. **A signed timesheet arrives.** The routine starts each time a timesheet signed by the client arrives by email or is marked final in your time system. Jane matches it to the placement in your applicant tracking system.
2. **Jane applies the rates.** Jane applies the bill rate, overtime and expenses on the placement. She bills the end client under any vendor management system invoicing rules.
3. **The invoice is in your books.** Jane sends the invoice in QuickBooks or Xero to the end client with the period and the purchase order number.

**When it runs:** Each time an approved timesheet arrives by email or is approved in your time system.
